"Now we know which exercise Daria Bilodid, the 2020 Olympic bronze medalist in judo, two-time world champion, European champion, and 2019 European Games gold medalist loves the most since childhood," Ukraine’s National Olympic Committee said while sharing the video on X (Twitter).

The video shows the fit athlete making her way across the room, chimpanzee-style, by only using ropes hanging from the ceiling.

Bilodid became the youngest world champion in judo history when she won gold in 2018 before she had turned 18. She became the youngest two-time world champion when she repeated the feat in 2019.

She was unable to defend her title at the 2023 world championships after the International Judo Federation allowed Russian athletes to compete, including at least five with ties to the Russian military.

Bilodid, who won bronze at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, is training hard to win her first Olympic gold medal at Paris 2024.

After moving up to the 57-kilogram category, the 23-year-old Bilodid has struggled to succeed at the highest levels of competition. Her best results have been bronze medals at the Masters, Grand Slam, and Grand Prix events.
