Two Young Tasmanian Devils Fight for Their Mother's Attention
A jealous Tasmanian devil joey playfully fought with its brother as the native Australian animals vied for the affections of their mother at the Trowunna Wildlife Sanctuary in Mole Creek, Tasmania.
Malgorzata Zdziechowska captured this video, posted to the Polish Dr Dolittle YouTube channel on October 29, 2019, which shows the Tasmanian devils’ mother, Meara, being affectionate with her 6-month-old pup, Mawson.
When Meara’s second joey, Madison, which is also six months old, spots the two, she attacks her brother and the two devils have a mini face-off.
