TOP PERFORMERS
Jo Moffitt and Sienna Cavalier, Amarillo High
Moffitt totaled 40 assists to pair with 11 kills and two aces in a Battle of Bell Street victory over Randall. Her sophomore teammate Cavalier led the team with 14 kills and 17 digs.
Tatum Brandt, Jordyn Gove and Sidney Soria, Randall
Brandt led the squad with 23 digs, while Gove used her power to total a team-high 22 kills to go along with two aces and 17 digs. Meanwhile, Soria was all over the court and contributed with 48 assists, 12 digs, six kills and one ace.
Syvihanna Sutton, Palo Duro
The sophomore outside hitter led the Lady Dons with 16 kills and tied for the team lead with nine digs and two aces in a win over Borger.
Olivia Hurnes and Lilliana Rangel, Caprock
Hurnes, a senior, totaled 15 kills, eight blocks and two aces in the win over Clovis, New Mexico, while junior setter Rangel racked up 20 assists, 10 digs and two kills in the match.
London Baker, Emma Cooper and Nickilah Whatley, Hereford
The Lady Whitefaces continued their stellar start to the year with a five-set win over Class 5A Tascosa that included a 42-assist performance from sophomore setter London Baker. In addition to Baker, senior libero Emma Cooper totaled a team-high 29 digs and senior middle blocker Nickilah Whatley held it down at the net with 17 kills and 11 blocks.
Karyme Castillo, Dumas
Dumas' senior setter was impressive in a three-set sweep of Lubbock Coronado where she notched 10 assists, 12 digs and three aces. She also led the team with eight assists in a loss to Bushland at the dual meet.
Kyra Courtemanche, Highland Park
The Lady Hornets' senior force at the net led the team with 16 kills while also recording two blocks and four aces in a win over Dalhart.
