Typhoon Chanthu Churns Seas Off East Chinese Island

Rough seas were seen off China’s Gouqi Island on September 13 as Typhoon Chanthu approached the mainland.

The storm was expected to bring strong winds and rainfall and potentially make landfall near Shanghai, according to a local weather bureau.
