The UCF men’s basketball game against Tulane scheduled for Wednesday night at Addition Financial Arena has been postponed due to COVID-19 issues, the American Athletic Conference announced.

The game was scheduled to tip off at 7 p.m. and was going to be streamed online on ESPN+. A new game date and time have not been set yet.

The league did not indicate which school had the COVID-19 issues, but a source confirmed the UCF basketball team is not suspending activities and is still scheduled to play at USF Saturday.

The AAC has extensive COVID-19 safety protocols that includes frequent testing and contact tracing that can trigger postponement of games during the 2020-21 season. It’s the second home game, second AAC game and third overall game UCF has had postponed so far this season.

UCF’s season opener against Oklahoma was canceled and a conference game against Houston was postponed earlier this season.
