UCF Knights vs. No. 19 Cincinnati Bearcats: How to watch on TV and streaming, latest line
The UCF football team wants a conference championship in its final season in the American Athletic Conference.
To get there, the Knights will have to beat the Cincinnati Bearcats, the No. 19 team in the nation. UCF gets its chance Saturday at the boisterous Bounce House.
The Knights (5-2, 2-1 AAC) are coming off a 34-13 loss at East Carolina, which snapped a four-game winning streak. Quarterback John Rhys Plumlee was kept without a touchdown and threw three interceptions last week. Running back Isaiah Bowser scored the Knights' only touchdown of the game. Despite having the top scoring defense in the AAC, coach Guz Malzahn's crew fell behind 17-0 to the Pirates.
The Bearcats (6-1, 3-0) have the No. 2 scoring offense in the AAC, behind only UCF. They haven't lost since the season opener at Arkansas, with their most recent game a 29-27 win against SMU. Charles McClelland had a 76-yard touchdown run, while Ivan Pace Jr., the top tackler in the conference, wrapped up nine Mustangs.
Coach Luke Fickell led Cincy to a 56-21 win over UCF in 2021, a season that ended with the Bearcats in the College Football Playoff.
