UCF receiver Jaylon Robinson lands on Biletnikoff Award preseason watch list

·1 min read

UCF receiver Jaylon Robinson earned a spot on the Biletnikoff Award preseason watch list Thursday.

Robinson, a redshirt junior, was among 52 players named to the list for the award that recognizes college football’s outstanding receiver regardless of position.

He finished second on the team in receiving yards (979) and receptions (55) while hauling in six touchdowns in 10 games last season for the Knights. His performance earned him first-team, all-conference honors from the American Athletic Conference.

Robinson becomes the second UCF player to earn preseason accolades joining quarterback Dillon Gabriel, who earned spots on both the Maxwell and Davey O’Brien award watch lists.

UCF opens the season by hosting Boise State at the Bounce House on Thursday, Sept. 5.
