·1 min read

May 26—Xavier's Jack Housinger did a little bit of everything against the UConn baseball team Thursday afternoon.

The graduate student went 2-for-3 with three walks, three RBIs and four runs scored as the second-seeded Musketeers topped the top seeded and No. 9 nationally ranked Huskies in the Big East tournament at Prasco Park in Mason, Ohio.

UConn (41-14) plays No. 4 Georgetown in an elimination game today (5 p.m.). The Huskies topped the Hoyas (30-26) in the opening round.
