UK Brexit Minister Barclay disappointed by no vote on deal

Barclay said that British Prime Minister Boris Johnson had "achieved a huge amount" in a very short period of time and that many of his colleagues found it "frustrating" that they were not able to have a meaningful vote over a deal struck with the European Union.

Johnson failed for a second time on Monday to put his Brexit deal to a vote in parliament after Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow said lawmakers had already voted on the matter on Saturday (OCtober 19).

With just 10 days left until the United Kingdom is due to leave the EU on October 31, the divorce is again in disarray as Britain's politicians argue over whether to leave with a deal, exit without a deal or hold another referendum.
