The information was confirmed on Facebook by Serhiy Khlan, adviser to the head of the Kherson Oblast Military Administration. He noted that the attack on the warehouse took place in the Sokil district.
"Will Russian propagandists once again claim that these are my warehouses with saltpeter?” the official wondered.
“Jokes aside, the ammo dumps in Nova Kakhovka detonated again. Thanks to HIMARS and our guys from the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Khlan reported.
An arsenal of Russian troops was blown up in Nova Kakhovka on the night of July 12. The detonation of ordnance continued until the morning.
