Ukraine cannot launch counter-offensive yet, Zelenskyy says

"We can't start (the offensive) yet," the president said.

“We can't send them (our soldiers) to the front under such conditions.”

The Ukrainian leader once again called on the allies to increase the supply of weapons.

"If there is political will, you can find a way to support us," Zelenskyy said.

“We’re at war, and we cannot wait.”

Zelenskyy said that the situation in eastern Ukraine is "not good," emphasizing that the reason for this is "a lack of ammunition."

"We’re waiting for ammunition from our partners," Zelenskyy said.

He said Russian invasion forces were firing three times more shells per day than Ukrainian troops.
