Ukraine to choose Eurovision 2024 contestant as 11 acts vie for prize in national final showdown
The National Selection Final for Eurovision 2024 will take place on Feb. 3, and the representative of Ukraine at this year’s contest will be determined.
This year's national selection will be held without a live audience in the format of a televised concert. The organizers decided to leave the hall empty and will not disclose the location for security reasons.
NV will be broadcasting the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. The online broadcast will start at 6 p.m.
11 acts will compete to represent Ukraine at the contest, rather than the usual 10: alyonaalyona & Jerry Heil, DREVO, INGRET, МЕLOVIN, NAHABA, NAZVA, SKYLERR, YAGODY, YAKTAK, Ziferblat, and ANKA.

The jury
The jury members of the National Selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 are Andriy Danylko better known as former Eurovision contestant VERKA SERDUCHKA, Eurovision Song Contest 2016 winner, singer Jamala, and Bez Obmezhen rock band frontman SerhiyTanchynets. Ukrainians chose the jury by voting in the Diia app.
The hosts
The final of the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 will be hosted by The HARDKISS frontwoman and Eurovision 2023 Liverpool host Yulia Sanina, the official voices of the song contest in Ukraine are Timur Miroshnychenko and stand-up comedian Vasyl Baidak.

Which stars will perform in the final of the national selection
In addition to the participants' performances, Ukrainian stars Ruslana, TVORCHI, KalushOrchestra, Jamala, VERKA SERDUCHKA, Tina Karol, Anastasia Dymyd and SvitlanaTarabarova will take the stage. The music producer of the national selection, Dmytro Shurov(Pianoboy), together with all the participants of the final, prepared a joint performance.
The show will be opened by singer Ruslana. She is the first Ukrainian to win the Eurovision Song Contest. 20 years ago, she conquered the European stage with her song Wild Dances. After that, the audience should expect a performance by TVORCHI. The duo won the national selection last year and performed at the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool. TVORCHI will perform together with NAONI Orchestra. Eurovision 2022 winners KalushOrchestra will perform the song that has already become legendary – Stefania. The band will perform together with the Ukrainian academic folklore and ethnographic ensemble Kalyna.
