Ukraine halts several Russian advances in Donbas

Near Bakhmut, Donetsk oblast, Russian mortar and artillery fire targeted Ukrainian forces near Spirne, Berestove, Bilohorivka, Klynove, and Zaytseve. A Russian air strike was carried out near Pokrovske.
Ukrainian units uncovered and neutralized a Russian reconnaissance and sabotage group near Spirne and Yakolivka, in addition to repelling an assault on Klynove.
Attempted Russian advances near Berestove and Vershyna were similarly halted; enemy troops there withdrew.

Moscow’s troops are erecting fortified checkpoints near Mykolaivka.
Ukrainian troops near Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Novopavlivsk, and Zaporizhzhia have come under Russian artillery attacks. Russian air strikes targeted areas near Krasnohorivka, Vesele, Vuhledar, Shevchenka, Prychystivka, Mariinka, and Pavlivka.
Avdiivka was targeted by a Russian air strike.
