Ukraine takes out Russian Buk air defense system, as well as a routine 1,000+ invaders in last day

In addition to eliminating over 1,000 Russian invaders yesterday — a common occurrence over the past few weeks — Ukraine’s Defense Forces destroyed a Russian Buk-M1 air defense system near Tavria, announced Tavria operational group commander Oleksandr Tarnavskyi on Telegram on Nov. 24.

In total, 1,100 invaders were eliminated in Ukraine over the past 24 hours, bringing the total enemy losses since the full-scale invasion to almost 323,000 in personnel and more than 40,000 in various military equipment, the Ukrainian General Staff reported on Facebook on Nov. 24:

Personnel: 322,900 (+1,100)

Tanks: 5,496 (+30)

Armored combat vehicles: 10,256 (+32)

Artillery Systems: 7,833 (+31)

Multiple Launch Rocket Systems: 904 (+2)

Anti-Aircraft Missile Systems: 595 (+4)

Aircraft: 323 (+0)

Helicopters: 324 (+0)

Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs): 5,800 (+1)

Cruise Missiles: 1,564 (+0)

Ships / Boats: 22 (+0)

Submarines: 1 (+0)

Automotive equipment and tanks: 10,230 (+32)

Specialized Equipment: 1108 (+1).

Most of the losses are reported in the Tavria area of the front, where for the second day in a row about 700 enemy soldiers were eliminated, Tarnavskyi reported, adding that 22 units of destroyed military equipment, including 2 tanks, 8 armored combat vehicles, 3 artillery systems, 1 air-defense system, 1 UAV and 7 vehicles. Thirty-seven vehicles were damaged.
