Ukraine's Armed Forces advancing in Luhansk Oblast, occupiers strengthening their defences

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are continuing to liberate the territories of Luhansk Oblast. The Russian occupying forces are trying to build a multilayered line of defence.

Quote from Haidai: "The Armed Forces of Ukraine are gradually moving forward [in Luhansk Oblast - ed]. The Russian occupying forces are rapidly trying to build a multilayer defence line. They are building defensive structures in various places, the entire first section of the front is being actively mined, this specifically applies not only to bridges and roads, but also administrative buildings."

Details: Haidai recalled that as of 12 October, seven settlements have already been liberated, and the Armed Forces are advancing further, but they will not yet disclose details.

Previously: On 9 October, Serhii Haidai, Head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, named seven settlements of Luhansk Oblast recently liberated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
