Ukraine's authorities forcibly evacuate children in nine settlements of Donetsk Oblast

Forced evacuation of children has been announced in nine settlements of Donetsk Oblast.

Details: Donetsk Oblast Military Administration’s address on evacuation was discussed at the meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the mandatory evacuation of the population under martial law.

Its participants unanimously voted for the forced evacuation of children from nine settlements of Donetsk Oblast, located near the combat zone.

In particular, 130 children will be forcibly evacuated from the settlements of Yampil, Zarichne, Torske, Orikhuvatka, Nykonorivka, Malynivka, Tykhonivka, Vasiutynske and Rai-Oleksandrivka.

Moreover, participants also considered the evacuation issues of civilians from Sumy Oblast. As for today, 1,718 people, including 229 elderly people, have been evacuated from the 5-kilometre danger zone there.

Background:  Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russia has killed 480 children in Ukraine.
