Ukraine's every sanctions package becomes basis of work with partners Zelenskyy

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, emphasises that each sanctions package of Ukraine becomes the basis of work with partners in this area.

Quote: "Today there is a new sanctioning step of our state against all those who fuel the Russian aggression. I signed a decree on the implementation of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine decision regarding sanctions against Russian financial entities.

These are Ukraine’s sanctions. But each such sanctions package of ours becomes the basis of work on sanctions with partners."

Details: Zelenskyy noted that the preparation of the tenth EU sanctions package is currently underway.

"We are working with partners to strengthen it. However, at the same time, we are also working with other subjects of global relations. Sanctions against terror are something in which the efforts of each responsible state can push the global process. And it will happen," Zelenskyy is convinced.

Background: On 19 February, Zelenskyy has put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine on sanctions against 333 Russian citizens and the Moscow Exchange.
