In the past day, the enemy carried out systematic artillery shelling near the settlements of Hrushuvakha, Virnopillia, Adamivka and Mazanivka, as well as launching airstrikes on civilian infrastructure near Bohorodychne.

The General Staff said that in the Severodonetsk area, the Russian army continues artillery shelling of Ukrainian troops. Airstrikes were also recorded – near Ustynivka, Hirske and Lysychansk.

The enemy is also continuing assaults to establish full control over the town of Severodonetsk. In addition to this town, the Ukrainian soldiers are successfully resisting the assaults near Syrotyne and Bila Hora, Ukraine’s General Staff said.

In the Bakhmut area, the enemy is conducting offensive operations near the settlements of Mykolaivka, Vershyna and Semyhiria. Fighting there continues. In addition, the enemy fired on civilian infrastructure near Pokrovskе, Mykolaivka and Bilohorivka.

The Ukrainian military said that an airstrike had been recorded near Shcherbaky in the Kurakhove area.

"The defenders of Ukraine have stopped attempts at a hostile assault in the Maryinka area. The enemy fled ingloriously," reads the report.

At the same time, the enemy did not take active action in the Novopavlivske and Zaporizhzhya directions, while in the Kramatorsk area, the Russians shelled Ukrainian positions with artillery, rocket-propelled grenade launchers and mortars along the front line.
