Ukrainian delivery giant Nova Poshta group rebranding as ‘NOVA’
Like Facebook rebranding its business empire to Meta, Nova Poshta’s conglomerate of six companies will rebrand to “NOVA” as the company expands beyond its postal roots.
"The primary goal of the NOVA group is to ensure easy delivery of anything for life and business. This includes parcels, money, and technology, but we do not intend to stop there,” said NOVA group co-owner Vyacheslav Klymov. “All NOVA companies will implement a shared strategy and be guided by common values: Fast—Easy—Safe—Human—Tech—Growth."

Nova Post has been operating in the Ukrainian market since 2001. The NOVA group currently consists of the following companies:
1. Nova Poshta in Ukraine: Delivers documents, parcels, large cargo, and provides freight transport and fulfillment services. With 11,400 branches and 15,500 post terminals throughout Ukraine, it ensures nationwide delivery within 24 hours and same-day delivery within cities.
2. Nova Poshta Europe: Offers a full range of logistics services for individuals and business clients. Ensures fast and reliable document, parcel, and goods delivery across Europe and between the EU and Ukraine. Nova Poshta Europe has offices in 11 countries, including Moldova, Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, and Italy, with 35,000 service points, including 83 owned branches.

3. NovaPay: A non-banking financial institution developing its international payment system and providing financial services to private clients and businesses. NovaPay processes 2.6 million transactions daily, participates fully in the international payment systems of Visa and MasterCard, and holds a PCI DSS data security industry certification. The company launched an application for clients to open current accounts in late 2023.
4. Nova Global: Focuses on the global e-commerce market and collaboration with international marketplaces. Nova Global makes any online store in North and South America, countries in the Asia-Pacific region, and the United Kingdom accessible to Ukrainian consumers with delivery through Nova Poshta.
5. Supernova Airlines: Provides fast delivery from anywhere in the world, having already completed numerous flights between European countries. The company will soon commence transcontinental cargo flights.
6. Nova Digital IT Company: A producer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load. Nova Digital creates and maintains software products, processing 30,000 operations per second. The solutions developed by Nova Digital have been tested on 32 million private and business users of Nova Post.
