Ukrainian fighters captured a Russian intelligence officer

Ukrainian defenders from the "Kraken" Battalion captured a Russian intelligence officer in Bilohorivka, Luhansk Oblast.

Also, material from the phone of this intelligence officer was used for the video, titled "Being an experienced scout"; it had his digital diary, with his "combat path" through <hUkraine, communication with his family, girlfriend and lover."

The Russian’s name is Ivan Evdoshenko. He is a personnel officer and senior lieutenant of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Background:

  • On 16 July, it became known that the special "Kraken" unit conducted an operation in Bilohorivka, in the Luhansk region. During the operation, Ukrainian fighters killed some of the occupiers and took others prisoner. They also destroyed the equipment of the occupation forces of the Russian Federation.
