Ukraine’s Armed Forces released footage on November 13 showing jubilant crowds welcoming soldiers into central Kherson after Russian forces withdrew from the city.

The video shows people holding flowers and flags greeting the soldiers.

Russia confirmed the withdrawal of its armed forces from the region on Friday, November 11.
