According to the investigation, the enemy informant, on his own initiative, began to cooperate with the aggressor country and “leak” data on the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

To conceal his identity, the offender constantly changed mobile operators.

SBU investigators informed the collaborator of suspicion pertaining to unauthorized dissemination of information on the direction, movement of weapons, armaments, and combat supplies to Ukraine, and movement, or placement of Ukrainian Armed Forces. He faces up to 8 years in prison.

Earlier it was reported that on Feb. 19, the SBU apprehended two Ukrainian natives, who turned to fight on the Russian side and stormed Ukrainian positions near Robotyne, Zaporizhzhya Oblast, and charged them with treason and collaboration activity. They face life imprisonment.
