According to the message, Russian forces left behind a series of secret documents during their hasty retreat from the city, including the following:

·       Handwritten “commitments” to secretly cooperate with the FSB;

·       Agents’ personal files;

·       agents' reports;

·       “protocols” of searches of Kherson residents’ homes.

According to the documents, FSB’s agents pointed out the places of stay of pro-Ukrainian citizens, in particular – Ukrainian Resistance members.

“Documented facts of abduction and torture of prisoners were revealed, as well as looting disguised as ‘searches,” SBU said.

The so-called “temporary task force VOG-8″ recruited by the FSB worked in Kherson during its occupation, the message said.

On Nov. 11, Russian Defense Ministry reported complete withdrawal of Russian troops from the western bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson Oblast.
