- New at 5:30, Ultra Music Festival and Downtown Miami residents have reached an historic agreement. The agreement between festival organizers and the Downtown Neighbors Alliance comes following years of tension. Under the agreement, Ultra will hold its music festival but will now voluntarily implement its first community standards program addressing resident concerns. Those include construction schedules, park closures, noise monitoring, and traffic management. Ultra was canceled this year and last year because of the pandemic, but the festival plans to return in March 2022.
