Um, Penélope Cruz Is A Red Carpet Queen With Killer Legs In These Pics
  • Penélope Cruz donned a teeny tiny minidress this week for a movie event in Paris, and she totally rocked the red carpet.

  • The actress, 48, showed off her epically strong legs in new photos from the event.

  • Penelope doesn't share much about her specific workout routines, but she is big on healthy foods and likes to fit in a morning sweat sesh.

Penélope Cruz has a tear-jerking new movie that just came out called L'Immensita, and she hit the red carpet in Paris to talk about the film in a dress that showed off her miles and miles of toned legs.

The 48-year-old went for a playful ~vibe~ on the red carpet, donning a belted, button-up minidress that had a slightly flared skirt. She accessorized the look with a black bow in her hair, dangly earrings, and, of course, thoseseriously strong legs.

Here is one of the photos from Penélope's iconic red carpet moment:

Penélope hasn’t shared a ton about her workout routines lately, and that definitely makes sense since she’s busy creating movie magic and all. Still, she has let everyone in on a few little snippets about her current health and wellness routines and her mindset.

Penélope recently told The New York Times that she studied classical ballet as a child—practicing for up to four hours a day—which set the groundwork for her next-level strong legs. And Penélope also talked about how being a dancer helped develop some serious discipline. “The feeling of your toes bleeding but you keep going with a smile, that really shapes you,” she said.

These days, she’s big into strength training, per an interview with Elle Canada. “I studied classical ballet for 17 years, and it had so many benefits for me,” she shared. “Now I just do resistance work and a little cardio.”

BTW: Penélope likes to get her workouts done early. She told Elle Canada that she wakes up around 7:30 a.m., exercises, and then will have breakfast with her kids.

As for her mindset, even though she’s an Oscar winner, Penélope told Vogue that she’s struggled with imposter syndrome, most recently while working with famous director Pedro Almodóvar. “What’s funny is that, even though he’s one of my best friends, during the first few days of shooting, I’m so scared of him,” she said. “I’m like, ‘What if he fires me?’ I have imposter syndrome. Why do I still feel this way? It’s respect. So, I don’t want to feel different.”

But Penélope clearly seems to have worked on channeling her inner red carpet queen, because her confidence is truly intoxicating.

On the food front, Penélope told Elle Canada that she doesn't get too picky, but generally aims to fuel up on lots of healthy foods. “We have lots of organic fruit and vegetables and free-range meat and fish,” she said. “In our cupboards, we have quinoa, pasta, brown rice, coconut sugar, stevia and chocolate. I love eating healthily. I don’t follow a particular diet, but I love organic, healthy food; my kids also eat this way.”

Pass the quinoa.
