- And new at 7 o'clock, some good news for students at the University of Maryland. They can finish out the spring semester with a little bit of normalcy. Starting on Monday, in-person and hybrid learning finally going to resume, and in-person activities at the Student Union rec center will be expanded. So that includes group fitness, club sports, and intramurals. Dining halls also going to increase to 50% capacity. The university says this was all made possible thanks to the low positivity rate that is currently on campus.
