  1. The University Of Mississippi Medical Center was awarded a $3M grant to address employee stress and burnout from Coronavirus. The grant will provide them with tools to support health care workers and their well-being.   2. There was a double homicide at the Rainbow Motel in Jackson. A 21-year-old woman and a 20-year-old woman were killed inside their hotel room on Sunday. Jermaine White was arrested and charged with two counts of murder. (WAPT Jackson)

  3. The city of Jackson is giving out bottled water to residents amid a water shortage. Officials are working to restore the city's water system, but until then they will distribute water until they run out.   • Mississippi Museum of Art is pleased to announce the acquisition of 80 photographs of the Civil Rights Movement taken by renowned photojournalist Matt Herron. The photographs are mostly of events that occurred in Mississippi between 1963 and 1965. Herron passed away in 2020 and left a large legacy of historic photos behind. (Instagram)
