UNC football score vs. Clemson: Live updates from ACC championship

UNC football is looking to score its first ACC championship since 1980 when Lawrence Taylor led the Tar Heels to the title.

The Tar Heels (9-3) take on Clemson (10-2), which has won seven of the last eight ACC championships and 20 overall, in Charlotte at the Bank of America Stadium on Saturday (8 p.m., ABC).

“We are really excited about playing in the ACC championship game,'' UNC coach Mack Brown said this week. "It’s only the second time for us since the divisions were established in 2012. ... We are very very proud of these guys. So, they’ve done something that has only been done two times since we’ve had divisions, so I’m proud of them."
