Right before the show Justin Bieber has a "meet & greet" backstage where a fan bursts into tears. Groups of four to five people at the time are allowed to enter the room to meet Justin, where a member of the crew takes a photo that the fans can later download from a website. The fans are not allowed to take any pictures or ask for any autographs themselves.
