While politics can be polarizing, there’s one thing that can bring us all together: Dogs.

A few Presidents have owned some pretty crazy pets, but the pooch in the White House has always reigned supreme. They have routinely been the most widely-known type of pet for Presidents and Friday is National Dogs in Politics Day.
