United Way of Bemidji Area raises $725,360 during annual Campaign for the Community
Feb. 15—BEMIDJI — The United Way of Bemidji Area announced the 2023 Campaign for the Community total during its week-long
Spread the Love event held Feb. 13-18,
sponsored by Bemidji Brewing.
With a goal of $725,000, United Way surpassed this amount with a total of $725,360.
Campaign Co-Chairs Derek and Brett Leach, along with Campaign Cabinet chairs Rebecca Jewett of Riverwood Bank, Alex Schussman of First National Bank Bemidji, Cammie Vogel of Beltrami Electric, Shannon Johnson and Angela Hammer of Target, Megan Steigauf from Sanford Health, and Donelle Anderson and Kev Jackson of Paul Bunyan Broadcasting, revealed the 2023 campaign total.
Derek Leach and Brett Leach, 2023 United Way Campaign Co-Chairs, shared their experience throughout the campaign in the release, saying "It's because of you, the donors, that so many United Way partner agencies get to serve those in need in our community."
The United Way recognizes these businesses that received the following awards.
