An adventure 65 million years in the making is celebrating its 30th summer at Universal Orlando Resort this summer.

Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure will feature exclusive merchandise, food, drinks and more in honor of “Jurassic Park” stomping into theaters in the summer of 1993 and becoming an instant classic.

Beginning May 26, the Jurassic Park Tribute Store will open at Universal Studios. The “immersive retail location” will allow guests to venture through a series of themed rooms from pre-production elements like storyboards and blueprints, to photo ops recreating memorable scenes from the movie.

Anniversary merchandise including apparel, hats, keychains, plush toys, collectibles and more will also be sold there.

Over at Islands of Adventure, Thunder Falls will offer new menu items for the anniversary, including:

• Coconut Cajeto Churro: A caramel-infused churro drizzled with coconut flakes and caramel sauce.

• Prehistoric Chicken Wings: Marinated with olive and spices then tossed in a sweet chili sauce and served with cilantro lime rice, black beans and a plantain chip.

• Wild Refresherrr: an exclusive “Jurassic Park” 30th anniversary Fanta flavor.

Universal Cinemark in Citywalk will also show the original film June 9 through 11 only.

Islands of Adventure has several attractions based off the iconic film franchise that will also be open, including the Jurassic Park River Adventure and Jurassic World VelociCoaster.
