The five-bedroom, six-bathroom residence is owned by Steve Sarkisian, who has been the University of Texas’ head football coach since 2021, and his wife Loreal, who is considered the “First Lady of Texas Football.”

The Sarkisians originally put their house up for sale in 2022 for $7.5 million, according to the Austin American-Statesman. However, they ended up slashing the price of the home by almost $2 million recently.

“Coach Sark purchased another house in Austin, not too far away that better suits his and Loreal’s needs, but 3300 Park Hills is an amazing home, especially for those who like to entertain,” listing agent Drew Tate told Chron.

“It is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Austin and recently appraised for above the asking price,” Tate told the outlet.

Sarkisian brought a winning mindset back to the Longhorns with his hiring and made the team once again playoff worthy after nabbing a Big 12 title in 2023. While the team lost to the Washington Huskies in the Allstate Sugar Bowl, Sarkisian is looking to stay with Texas for the long haul.

“There are challenges along the way,” Sarkisian said, according to Sports Illustrated. “But I didn’t come to the University of Texas just to say, ‘I’m the head coach at Texas.’ I came here to win championships. We got a conference championship last year, which was a tremendous honor ... But there’s more out there for us to do.”
