Upon viewing a home for sale in upstate New York, one might find it jarring and think “oh no, that house should be featured in the ‘Scream’ franchise” while another describes it as their “ultimate dream mansion.” It’s all comes down to the home’s massive and plentiful windows, which unleash glorious views of the 127-acre property it graces.

The beautiful compound is called Silvernails Farm, and it’s a blend of farmhouse style and industrial loft chicness not seen too often. The unusual combination is a curious explosion of modern charm.

And it’s listed for $25 million in Pine Plains.

The 7,500-square-foot estate has multiple structures on the property, including a cottage and several barns “dating from the 1700’s to the early 1900’s,” the listing on Compass describes.

“Absolutely breathtaking!” another observed.

“Of all the houses I have seen on here this is my favorite. I love it,” someone gushed.

“It’s still a really cool house and blends with the countryside better than some others,” one person said.

“I think I finally know what my ultimate dream mansion looks like,” another noted.

“I’d have to wear sunglasses inside on a sunny day,” someone commented.
