Upstate New York Blanketed in Snow Following Nor'easter

A “nearly stationary band of heavy snow” brought several inches of white stuff to upstate New York on February 2, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported.

Up to four inches of snow was recorded in the Syracuse area on February 3. Eight to 12 inches had fallen in the area on February 1, the NWS said.
