US Air Force veteran, a father of 6, Rocky Point resident join Coldwell Banker

Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently announce the hiring of three new agents: Jo Anne Britt, Stephanie Ellis, and David Kitzman.

Britt, originally licensed in 1996, is a consummate professional with many years of experience in real estate, including new construction, relocations and foreclosures. She has joined the Autumn Hall office.

Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Britt served in the United States Air Force for 18 years. Along with her experiences relocating on numerous occasions, from Alaska and New Mexico to Southern Illinois and Hawaii, she credits her time in the Armed Forces for giving her a thorough understanding of the issues that are top of mind for military buyers and sellers.

Britt has excelled as a result of her attention to detail, superior work ethic and affinity for working with people.

A North Carolina native who was raised in Lumberton, Britt settled back into the Leland area in 2003.

In her spare time, Britt likes to read, enjoys her rescue “fur babies,” and traveling to visit her three grown children and three grandchildren, who live in Orlando, Fla.; Huntersville, N.C.; and Knoxville, Tenn.

Ellis

Ellis also works in the Autumn Hall office.

A longtime resident of Eastern North Carolina, Ellis grew up in the Jacksonville area. and has lived in Rocky Point for several years.

Ellis has a background in automotive sales, finance, and service. Because of her love to help people, and build long lasting relationships, she chose to transition into real estate.

In her free time, Ellis enjoys photography and going to the beach.

Kitzman
Kitzman

Kitzman spent 15 years living in Peru and is fluent in Spanish, making him a great asset to the company.

He works at the Carolina Beach office.

A father of 6, Kitzman loves to surf and go to the beach.
