"The Americans will provide additional arms supplies to Ukraine, in particular, we talked about Bradley infantry fighting vehicles and Abrams tanks," Morawiecki said, answering a question about further U.S. military assistance to Ukraine.“This is already a question for the Americans.”

The Polish prime minister believes that Poland has done what it could in terms of military assistance to Ukraine.

Morawiecki emphasized that Ukraine is now buying weapons from Poland, in particular, with funds from international institutions such as the European Union.

"These funds go to Kyiv, and Kyiv orders Rosomak (armored personnel carriers), Rak (self-propelled mortars), Krab (self-propelled artillery systems), Piorun (man-portable air defense systems) and many other types of weapons from Poland," he said.

He said this was good news for the Polish manufacturers.

"Of course, we persuaded the Americans to help (Kyiv – ed.) as much as possible, as it influences how quickly the war can be ended, with Ukraine'svictory," the Polish prime minister said.
