US Secret Service, DC police investigate ‘suspicious package’ at Kazakhstan Embassy

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The U.S. Secret Service investigated a “suspicious package” at the Kazakhstan Embassy Monday.

Man arrested after shooting, killing 2 brothers in Northeast DC

The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. at the embassy which is located 1401 16th St. in Northwest, D.C.

Roads were closed and the Metropolitan Police Department assisted the Secret Service in clearing the package.
