Usher unveils daughter Sovereign Bo on social media in touching tribute

Usher is celebrating the birth of his first baby girl.
The eight-time Grammy Award-winning R&B superstar gushed over his newborn daughter Sovereign Bo Raymond in a heartwarming Instagram post.
“Happy 11:11 Sovereign. Today was the day I thought you would arrive. You had a different plan,” the “You Make Me Wanna…” crooner wrote Wednesday, sharing a photo of himself giving the infant a kiss on the forehead.
“#Babyknowsbest #Godsplan. 'Life happens when you’re making other plans,” Usher continued in the caption. “Is the present a gift or is the present the day? Live every moment. I love what we have, and what made @boogsneffect Te amo mucho.”
The Instagram tag was to Usher’s latest girlfriend Jenn Goicoechea who, according to her account, is the Vice President of A&R at Epic Records.
The 42-year-old hitmaker has reportedly been dating the 37-year-old since October 2019.
Baby Sovereign Bo is the couple’s first child together and Usher’s third.
Usher Raymond V, 12, and Nayvid Ely, 11, are the two sons he shares with ex-wife, former music video fashion stylist Tameka Foster.
Usher initially debuted a photo of the new baby during a virtual appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” earlier in the day, also revealing her original due date was Nov. 11.
The new “Girl Dad” told DeGeneres that he’s currently enjoying this time spent at home with his family until “the top of next year,” when he said his new album will be released.
