Having strong quads will help improve your performance in nearly all your leg exercises and reduce stress on your knees. I know a lot of people worry about becoming bulky, but don't worry. Lifting weights won't make you bulky. They will grow muscle and give you feminine curves. (If you are a guy then it will just grow muscle lol) Keep in mind that the only way to look "toned" is to build muscle. And this workout can help you do that.
