Fansided: Take Utah with the points vs. USC

Reed Wallach writes: "The USC defense remains poor, 102 in defensive line yards, 110th in red zone touchdown percentage and 126th in success rate. The Utes offense can go blow-for-blow with the Trojans, 20th in yards per play, seventh in line yards and 10th in red zone touchdown percentage, that I don't see how either team can be laying more than a field goal. Take the points and don't be surprised if Utah makes it two in a row over USC."

Picks and Parlays: Utah 35, USC 31

It writes: "USC owns a 13-8 edge over Utah in this series, but the Utes have averaged 42.5 points in consecutive victories versus the Trojans. In that game, Utah threw for 424 yards against a prius USC secondary. Take the Utes to pull off the upset."

SEC Championship Game:LSU vs. Georgia football picks, predictions, odds:

FanDuel: USC 38, Utah 37

It writes: "Utah has the Pac-12's No. 1 defense allowing 20 points per game and 317 yards per game -- 6 points and 88 YPG better than Southern Cal. USC leads the country in turnover margin (+22), however, and the Trojans will need a few more big plays on defense this week if they're going to hold off the Utes. Expect another back-and-forth competitive contest with USC also playing for a spot in the College Football Playoff."

Sports Chat Place: Go with USC to cover vs. Utah

It writes: "I’m going to try USC in this one. This is perhaps the most fitting matchup for a Pac-12 Championship, and it took an improbable weekend of outcomes to get here. USC will want to avenge their October 15 loss, a high-flying 43-42 outcome. The Trojans posted 556 total yards (175 rushing), 28 first downs, zero turnovers and 12 penalties in that one. As for the Utes, they collected 562 yards (138 rushing), 31 first downs and a 3-of-3 rate on fourth-down tries. This matchup should be another close one, and I like USC to get some revenge on a cover. Should be a great game regardless."

OddsChecker: USC will cover vs. Utah

Jason Radowitz writes: "In this game, USC won't have Travis Dye at running back. However, Austin Jones has stepped up in his place. He just rushed for 154 yards on 25 attempts against Notre Dame. Previously, he rushed 21 times for 120 yards against UCLA. The Trojans will dominate offensively in this game. Plus, the defense stepped up against Notre Dame. That's the same Notre Dame team that scored 35 on Clemson a couple of weeks prior. Back the Trojans and go with the public. The public is right sometimes too!"

Sports Betting Dime: Take the over in Utah vs. USC game

Nick Holz writes: "There’s no way USC can lose this Pac-12 Championship game, right? While the underdog is 4-0 against the spread in the last four Utah vs USC games played, we’re playing the total here. After all, the over has hit in 6 of the past 8 matchups. Additionally, the over has hit in all six of the Trojans’ previous games. It’s the Pac-12, bet the over."
