Uzomah: Bengals coach Zac Taylor got carded delivering game ball at Mt. Lookout Tavern

Cincinnati Bengals tight end C.J. Uzomah appeared Thursday on NFL Network's "Good Morning Football," and the seventh-year player who earlier this week won the Cincinnati Chapter of the Pro Football Writers of America's annual Media Cooperation award shared that head coach Zac Taylor, 38, was asked for identification when he arrived at Mt. Lookout Tavern on Saturday to deliver a game ball to Cincinnati fans with punter Kevin Huber, a former McNicholas High School and UC Bearcats standout.

Uzomah joked that the Bengals' playoff win against the Las Vegas Raiders - the franchise's first in 31 years - was "too big for that bouncer (at MLT)," who "wasn't paying attention, clearly." Uzomah said he found out via text from Huber.

Uzomah added that the Bengals need to avoid costly penalties or turnovers in order to beat the Titans in Nashville on Saturday in the Divisional Round. And he called quarterback Joe Burrow a "cool customer out there ... putting ourselves in a position to win the Super Bowl. ... He was business as usual."

Uzomah finished the regular season with a career-best 49 catches for 493 yards and five touchdowns. He had six catches for 64 yards with a touchdown against the Raiders, and did the "Ickey Shuffle" and the "Griddy" as part of his TD celebration.

After a Thursday night win in September against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Uzomah celebrated by jumping into the crowd and sharing a beer with a fan.
