Vacant Building Partially Collapses as Storms Sweep North Carolina

A vacant building partially collapsed as thunderstorms moved through Rocky Mount, North Carolina, on July 28, according to local media.

This video, filmed by Theresa Alston Stokes, shows bricks and debris littering the streets surrounding the damaged building in Rocky Mount.

The building’s owners told local media that the structure was under construction and there had been plans to restore it.
