Vaccines Arrive in Santiago Amid Rise in COVID-19 Cases

A shipment of Pfizer-BioNTech and AstraZeneca vaccines arrived at Chile’s Arturo Merino Benítez Airport in Santiago on May 27 amid a sharp rise in the number of coronavirus cases in the country.

The Chilean government said the shipment contained 476,610 doses of the vaccine.
