Stackhouse and Tigers coach Penny Hardaway both were NBA stars in the 1990s, and the Tigers are coming off an NCAA Tournament appearance and could provide a Quadrant 1 win for a team hoping to make the tournament itself.
The two teams face off in the season opener Monday at Memorial Gymnasium in a game that will be somewhat of a litmus test for both teams.
