Vanderbilt basketball will still be without injured players Rodney Chatman (hamstring) and Liam Robbins (foot) for Wednesday's game at South Carolina, coach Jerry Stackhouse confirmed Monday.

While both players have been doing limited workouts, neither has been cleared for contact. Stackhouse said he expects Chatman to be back in contact practices "over the next week or so" and Robbins to do the same in the "next week and a half to two weeks."

Stackhouse did not give a timetable for either player's return.

Chatman missed the first month and a half of the season due to a torn meniscus. He returned in late December but played in just five games before injuring his hamstring. He has not played since the home game with South Carolina on Jan. 8.

Robbins has not played this season due to a stress reaction in his foot.

Stackhouse expressed a desire Monday to spread the minutes around this week even with depth being limited.

"Same lineup, again, trying to get the guys less minutes, I think their minds are fresher when they play less minutes. I think Jordan Wright, him being above 30 minutes isn't the best minutes for him, but he's just so versatile for us, he plays with an aggressive disposition on offense, he can slide from pretty much the '2' to '4' but we're wearing him out right now, we need some other guys to step up and make sure that we have some balance until we get that depth back."
