If you're a Bravo and/or Real Housewives fan (in which case, let's be friends!) you know that many of the Bravolebrities own their own establishments and that it's a right of passage for fans to visit them.

But one person alleged that she had a particularly bad experience getting food poisoning at former Real Housewife of Beverly Hills (and current Vanderpump Rules boss) Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant SUR. And the details in the reported lawsuit are...not for the faint of heart.

The unnamed woman who filed the suit, according to documents reportedly obtained by The Blast, said that she visited SUR (which stands for "Sexy Unique Restaurant," for those not in the know!) in 2017 and ordered “white fish with orange cream sauce.” What she alleges came next was a bout of food poisoning so severe that she vomited and defecated right there at the table and fell to the floor.

The lawsuit reportedly goes on to say that "staff members of [SUR] came over and began throwing water on [her] and on the ground around her but did not offer any further assistance."

She was allegedly transported to Cedars Sinai Emergency Department where the lawsuit claims she spent three days in intensive care, according to The Blast.

When People magazine reached out to SUR to confirm the details of the reported lawsuit, SUR co-owner Nathalie Zapata denied that the incident had taken place and said that as of Tuesday, they hadn't even seen a suit or complaint.

“If someone had vomited and defecated on the floor, it would have immediately been reported to the health department and would have been on our cameras or others,” Zapata told People.

Zapata also added that SUR has an A-rating from the health department, which is confirmed in LA County records. Delish has reached out to the restaurant for comment.
