Vanessa Hudgens will never miss an opportunity to hop into a swimsuit. Whether she's soaking up the sun beachside, taking a hike or hanging at the pool, swimsuits are a staple in her wardrobe.

And while summer technically ended a couple of weeks ago, she's still spending time in swimsuits. Vanessa, 32, posted a new mirror selfie in her Instagram Stories on Sunday, and her bikini is so cute. She paired the printed bandeau bikini with a matching headscarf, layered necklaces, and a pair of shades that showed off her super strong and toned legs and abs.

“It may be October but it still feels like summer. Oh la,” she captioned the post in her Instagram Stories.

Vanessa is super dedicated to her workout schedule. She told Women's Health that she squeezes in six sweat sessions a week, usually in the mornings.

"Working out is like moving meditation. I feel you can work through things better in movement than being stagnant," she said.

During the pandemic, she did plenty of virtual Torch’d workouts, which focus on dance-based, weighted movements. And she also hits celebrity gym The Dogpound, where she often posts workouts to her IG. In one snippet, Vanessa did intense-looking exercises, including lunges with leg weights while also doing battle ropes, weighted fire hydrants, and sliders.

She also eats a high-fat diet to feel her best, which combines keto foods with intermittent fasting. She's a big fan of kombucha ("It’s full of probiotics, but you get a nice little buzz!"), berries, avocados, and arugula (which she says she eats "almost every day").

"I need high fats," she told Women's Health. "If I'm not getting enough, my body holds on to calories. We've been trained to think that fats are bad, but they're so good—a source of energy and sustenance that keeps you going through the day. That's the only way I can not eat carbs."
