After Vans Challenge, Crocs Challenge has people throwing more shoes on Twitter
After the Vans Challenge had people of Twitter throwing their sneakers to see whether they landed right side up, a sequel challenge now has people throwing Crocs.
The clog shoes known for comfort apparently also land sole-side down after being tossed into the air.
Some even showed that Crocs might champion the challenge, as Vans shoes didn't always land upright in the same toss as Crocs in several social media videos.
"#VansChallenge is cancelled," one Twitter user wrote.
The shoe-tossing phenomenon started days ago when a Twitter user shared a video showing Vans' catlike reflexes: "Did you know it doesn’t matter how you throw your vans they will land facing up?"
Now, it looks like people are testing the theory on whatever is in their shoe closet, and we're learning a lot about their footwear choices along the way.

Terence Reilly, Crocs chief marketing officer, told USA TODAY in a statement he's not surprised his customers "found a new and unique way to have a little bit of fun" with Crocs shoes.
"We’ve enjoyed seeing our fans put the challenge to the test and we’d be lying if we said a few of us haven’t given it a try at our Colorado headquarters,” he said.
