VBPD investigating shooting at intersection of Lynnhaven Parkway and Round Hill Drive

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – The Virginia Beach Police Department is investigating a shooting on Lynnhaven Parkway early Tuesday morning.

According to officials, officers were notified on Jan. 30 at around 3:50 a.m. of a gunshot victim at the intersection of Round Hill Drive and Lynnhaven Parkway.

Police arrived to the scene and found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transferred to a local hospital in critical condition.

Police are still investigating the incident, and no suspects have been named.
